Our firm

We are a boutique CBD law firm, specialising in liquor and gaming matters.  We are regarded as leaders in our field of expertise.  Our work portfolio includes acting for clients in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of pubs and liquor stores. We act for a number of hotel groups, bottle shop operators, supermarket operators and property developers.  We are sought out for our expertise in the liquor and gaming space.

The role

  • preparing and processing property transaction documents including contracts, option deeds, finance documents and general correspondence.
  • undertaking due diligence investigations.
  • providing legal support to the Directors.
  • maintaining and managing files.
  • progressing commercial property transactions to a successful conclusion.
  • working with the partners on liquor and gaming applications including, where necessary, liaising with the regulator and making submissions to the regulator.

About you

  • ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • ability to work under pressure.
  • ability to work in a team.
  • willingness to develop new skills and expertise.
  • experience with PEXA and proficiency with Word and Excel.
