You will be working with a great team of Customer Service Officers with an opportunity to learn about a diverse range of industrial products.

Dixon (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd is a well established organisation with branches throughout Australia and overseas.  Recognised as a successful supplier of high quality products and services, Dixon is Australia's single biggest supplier of hose, valves, pipe and fitting packages to the Australian construction, industrial, mining and agricultural industries.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor you will be a part of the national customer service team providing a high level of inside sales support to our customers all around Australia.

You will:

  • Answer customer enquiries using professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Take orders for industrial products to suit a variety of applications
  • Work with a small team in a fast paced but fun environment
  • Learn how to problem solve to assist with our customer requirements
  • Learn about technical products and processes
  • Have a thirst for learning
  • Be able to work on a weekly rotating roster between the hours of 7.30am and 5.00pm on weekdays.
