About the Roles

We are on the lookout for an experienced Bartender to join our new concept venue, The Corner. Bartenders are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, focusing on quality and presentation of drinks that delight our guests. In this role you will:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to BHG's recipes and service standards;
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers;
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times;
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock, and minimise waste.

About You

To be the perfect addition to our team, you will be a passionate and experienced Bartender with knowledge of modern, classic and contemporary cocktails. You will also:

  • Hold a valid RSA or willingness to obtain;
  • Have knowledge of wine offerings;
  • Have a confident and can do attitude;
  • Be friendly, approachable and genuine;
  • Bring an energetic and creative flair to cocktail making and service;
  • Be a team player with a collaborative working style.
