About the role

Monelli is seeking a talented and experienced (at least 3 years) Bartender to join our vibrant team in Burns Beach, Western Australia. As a full-time Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, beers, wines, and other beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area to support efficient drink service
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and appreciated
  • Adhere to all relevant liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a cohesive food and drink service
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control to minimise wastage
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (2+ years) working as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced establishment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment, and drink preparation techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming experience
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail to accurately handle cash and card transactions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain one
  • Legal authorisation to work in Australia is required as sponsorship is not available
