Summary

The barback supports bartenders by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar runs efficiently during service. This role is essential for maintaining a high level of customer service and a well-functioning bar environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies.
- Clean and organize the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and emptying trash.
- Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes and setting up the bar before opening.
- Refill ice bins and ensure ice is available throughout the shift.
- Collect and clean used glassware and return it to the bar.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to bartenders or managers.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Support bartenders during busy periods by helping with simple drink preparation or customer service

**Work Environment**:

- Nights, weekends, and holidays are typically required.
- Fast-paced, high-energy bar or restaurant setting.
