Your New Role

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing high-volume invoice processing using Sage. You'll handle between 60-80 invoices per day, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and coding invoices in Sage
  • Matching purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
  • Preparing payment runs and maintaining supplier accounts
  • Responding to vendor queries and building strong relationships
  • Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in Sage and strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
