  • Manage EDM communications and CRM (HubSpot) integration.

Stakeholder & Partner Communications

  • Develop briefings, media packs, and story opportunities that highlight the impact of Sony Foundation programs.
  • Support relationship management and impact reporting for major donors and philanthropic partners.
  • Support with management of Ambassador program

  • Manage event hosts, ambassador engagement, and talent briefing processes.

Internal Communications & Governance

  • Prepare communications materials and updates for Board meetings and Committees.
  • Collaborate closely with the Foundation team on cross-functional projects.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in communications, PR, or media (ideally within not-for-profit, corporate, media or agency environments).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and tone.
  • Experience managing multi-channel communications, including social media and EDMs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
