We are currently seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join our service team in Seven Hills, Sydney. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of monitoring systems, and install new analyser systems, while also maintaining relevant site documents and communicating with clients about their maintenance needs. Local and overseas training will be provided as required. Due to the nature of our projects, some nightwork will be required.

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

  • Willingness to learn and understand the business and internal processes
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Minimum TAFE qualification in electronic, instrumentation or equivalent
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment
  • Experience with process and analytical instrumentation
  • Experience with Ambient gas analysers and dust monitors
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Basic understanding of various communications protocol – RS 232, Ethernet, MODBUS etc…
  • Current C class driver's license
