Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior managers with leasing tasks and tenant management duties
  • Assist with rent collection, lease renewals, and admin-related tasks
  • Coordinate inspections and efficiently manage maintenance requests
  • Prepare leasing agreements ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Provide outstanding customer service to tenants and property owners

Key Requirements

  • Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Previous experience in real estate client-focused roles
  • Valid driver's license, reliable car, and police check required
  • Good listener, excellent work ethic, and a team player
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, and attention to detail
