Be a part of our family owned business at the Somerton Park office, owned and operated by Matt Skrokov. We are known in the community and surrounds as giving exceptional personal service. We're seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Lending Administrator. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and accurate lending application process for mortgage loans. We're a small supportive team that celebrates wins together and have each other's backs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the lending application process, managing documentation from application to settlement.
  • Utilise banking experience to efficiently handle loan applications (lending experience preferred but not essential in home loans or commercial loans )
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey terms clearly to lenders, conveyancers, real estate agents, and most importantly our clients.
  • Manage client calls confidently, fostering new connections and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism in your presentation and exhibit excellent time management skills.
  • Display a keen eye for detail while collating and organising documents for home loan applications.
  • Adapt to technological advancements and changes in our processes, displaying a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements:

  • Previous banking experience would be preferred but not essential, particularly in lending ( home or commercial)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professionalism, time management skills, and a caring and great attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and procedures.
  • Reside in South Australia

Position Details:
