Wat ga je doen?
Als Senior Recruiter ben jij de motor achter het volledige aanwervingsproces binnen onze verschillende business units. Je werkt nauw samen met de business en HR-collega's om de juiste profielen aan te trekken.

Je:

  • Werft actief via o.a. LinkedIn, Facebook en andere kanalen.
  • Neemt interviews af en begeleidt kandidaten doorheen het selectieproces.
  • Schrijft wervende vacatureteksten en kiest de meest effectieve wervingskanalen.
  • Organiseert rekruteringsacties zoals jobdagen en beurzen.
  • Adviseert de business over het juiste profiel voor hun noden.
  • Beheert je dossiers via ons digitaal platform.
  • Versterkt onze employer brand en maakt van Aertssen een nóg aantrekkelijkere werkgever.

Jouw talenten en ervaring

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in rekrutering en sterke skills in actieve sourcing
  • Hands-on, zelfstandig en meedenkend met de business.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, resultaatgericht en service-minded.
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands, goede kennis Engels. Frans is een pluspunt
  • Handig met tools zoals Excel, Word en digitale rekruteringsplatformen.
