With several team members on leave, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to make an immediate impact while supporting the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities This is a varied and operational role where you will be required to hit the ground running. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to day-to-day HR queries and providing first-line HR support
  • HR administration, including reporting and award interpretation
  • Supporting performance management processes, training coordination, reporting, and exit interviews
  • Stepping up to respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
  • Preparing HR reports and maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • HR data management and analysis in Excel, including pivot table reporting

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or similar HR support role
  • A resilient, adaptable mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using HR systems (ELMO highly regarded)
  • Exposure to payroll processes and HR data analysis
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and remain hands-on

Additional Information

  • Start date: January (flexible for the right candidate and notice periods)
  • Hybrid working model, with WFH available once established in the role
  • Salary: $80,000 + Super
  • Candidates on a working holiday visa are encouraged to apply
