An early learning service in Tarneit is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Director to lead a thriving centre that places children, families, and educators at the heart of everything it does.

About the Role

As Director, you'll provide both operational and pedagogical leadership, working closely with educators, families, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the service in alignment with the NQF.
  • Mentor and develop a team of educators committed to continuous improvement
  • Foster strong partnerships with families and the community
  • Oversee compliance, staffing, budgets, and enrolment
  • Champion curriculum and pedagogy aligned with the VEYLDF.

What You Bring

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved qualification equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience in an early childhood service.
  • Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF V2.0, VEYLDF, and Child Safe Standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • Valid Police check
  • Current WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection training
