We are seeking a passionate and dedicated early childhood teacher to join our family at Academy of Early Education.

Qualification required:

  • Bachelor/Graduate Diploma in Education (Early Childhood) (or working towards)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or eligibility to register)
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in early childhood education (preferred but not essential for new graduates)

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Developing flexible, educational and inviting learning spaces
  • Planning programs and implementation of NQF
  • Lead a team of educators in high quality pedagogy and practice
  • Ongoing contribution to the Quality Improvement Plan
  • Working in partnership with families and educators
  • Active involvement in centre and community events
