About the Opportunity

This is your chance to be the heartbeat and launchpad for our first-ever Scoopi Land venue in the Penrith Homemaker Centre. We're on a mission to create the best kids' indoor play centre in Australia, and as the Venue Experience Manager, you will bring that mission to life.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be trusted to lead from the front and own the full venue experience—from team culture and customer satisfaction to safety and daily operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Rostering, training, and motivating a dedicated team.

  • Drive Experience: Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, smooth parties, and seamless events

  • Manage Performance: Optimise labour efficiency, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and industry standards.

  • Set the Culture: Define the venue's tone through recognition, fun, accountability, and professional progression.

  • Proven Leadership: Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Action-Oriented: A hands-on approach; you are active on the floor, not behind a desk.

  • Mandatory Requirements: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and a current First Aid Certificate.
