Reporting to the Pack Centre Manager, we currently have a vacancy for an experienced day shift Forklift Operator located at our continuous manufacturing facility based at Penrith.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Movement of palletised finished products with forklift
  • Loading and unloading trucks with finished products or materials
  • Transferring finished goods from palletiser to on-site storage areas
  • Shifting complete pallets for resorting
  • Quality checks
  • Ordering of packaging materials
  • Managing inventory
  • Maintain high levels of housekeeping and yard duties
  • Adhere to all Work, Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Willing to step up and perform supervisor coverage where required

What you will bring to the team:

  • LF forklift license
  • Confidence in operating a twin tyne forklift in a fast paced manufacturing/warehousing environment
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic and good communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy, SAP knowledge an advantage
