Work closely with Members to conduct investigations and resolve missing entitlement queries in compliance with relevant legislation, guidelines and business policies and procedures.
As a Service Investigations Consultant, you play a crucial role in upholding our vision and mission. By conducting thorough investigations and resolving missing entitlement queries, you ensure timely and positive outcomes that meet our members' needs. Your work adheres to all relevant legislation, guidelines, and business policies. This dynamic role involves close collaboration with both members and employers to address and resolve missing service issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve missing service requests working towards outcomes in accordance with legislative requirements
- Identify, address, and resolve case related issues and complaints
- Drive continuous process and capability improvement
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support the service investigation case management process
Skills Required:
- Proven experience working within a problem-solving role requiring critical thinking and clear decision making
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and enforce legislative compliance in a communicative, transparent and patient manner prioritising your customers/members
- Experience managing and prioritising caseloads, or workflow in a deadline driven environment
- Superior stakeholder management and relationship building strengths
- Exposure and experience processing complex information ideally in a legislative or regulatory environment
- Outstanding time management and ability to work with urgency and accuracy
- Sharp verbal, listening and written communication
