About Tabcorp
At Tabcorp, we're creating the future of entertainment by delivering compelling and exciting wagering products and services to millions of Australians. But at the heart of everything we do is a commitment to integrity and doing the right thing. We know that our reputation is built on trust, and we're passionate about upholding the highest standards in everything we deliver.
About the Role
As an Investigator, you'll play a key role in safeguarding our business, our people, and our customers. This is more than an investigation's role – it's about ensuring that integrity underpins every aspect of our operations and helping us identify and solve issues before they become problems. You'll make a direct impact on how Tabcorp continues to build trust and credibility with regulators, stakeholders, and the community.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct investigations into potential breaches of policies, codes of conduct, and regulatory obligations.
- Manage sensitive whistleblower and workplace relations investigations with confidentiality and care.
- Prepare high-quality Management Reports and, where required, represent Tabcorp in proceedings.
- Liaise with law enforcement, regulators, and statutory authorities to ensure transparent and professional outcomes.
- Identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to strengthen processes and reduce future risk.
- Deliver timely, clear, and accurate reporting that supports decision-making and reinforces accountability.
About You
We're looking for someone who sees beyond the surface of problems – naturally curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to get to the truth. You'll thrive in environments where integrity and professionalism matter, and you'll know how to balance empathy, discretion, and determination when working through complex matters.
Key skills and attributes include:
- Skilled in gathering, analysing, and interpreting evidence, including interviewing and data interrogation.
- Strong written and verbal communication – able to turn complex findings into clear, defensible reports.
- An understanding of procedural fairness, whistleblower legislation, and investigative best practice.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient, motivated, and unwavering in your commitment to integrity.
Why This Role?
This isn't your typical investigator role. At Tabcorp, you'll be part of a team that looks beyond individual incidents to drive cultural and systemic improvements. You'll work alongside experienced investigators who will support your growth and development, with access to the latest tools of trade and ongoing training. You'll be surrounded by colleagues who value collaboration and integrity, and you'll have genuine opportunities to progress your career across Australia's leading entertainment company.
