Position Summary

• We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Lead Data Analytics for Marketing Technology Migration to lead transformative initiatives in marketing campaign migration, data enablement, and analytics optimization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformations across banking, telecom, and education domains.
• As the Manager, you will spearhead the migration of multiple active marketing campaigns from legacy platforms like Unica and Oracle Responsys to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless transitions, performance enhancements, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for enabling robust data integration, optimizing campaign execution, and empowering stakeholders with actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualization tools.
• This role demands a unique blend of hands-on technical proficiency, agile project leadership, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced Agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, requirement gathering, testing, and risk management. Your ability to consume and process large datasets from platforms such as Hadoop, Oracle, and Teradata will be critical in driving scalable and efficient solutions.
• You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring teams, organizing training sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in leading large-scale marketing campaign migrations, particularly from Unica to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with big data platforms including Hadoop, Oracle, and Teradata for processing structured and unstructured datasets.
• Deep understanding of data ingestion, transformation, cleansing, and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in designing and modeling databases using data mining, segmentation, and data architecture principles.
• Skilled in developing and optimizing complex queries and algorithms to support high-performance analytics workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and Tableau for creating impactful data visualizations and dashboards.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, requirement gathering, testing, and risk analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of mentoring teams and organizing training sessions.
• Proven capability in maintaining governance standards and ensuring secure data practices throughout project lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end migration of marketing campaigns across Digital, Direct, and Social Media platforms
• Oversee data enablement and integration within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Replicate and enhance Unica capabilities in Salesforce, focusing on scalability and performance
• Facilitate stakeholder access to analytics and user feedback for campaign optimization
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance during migration
• Collaborate with Agile teams in sprint planning, design, testing, and risk management
• Consume and process large datasets from Hadoop, Oracle, and Teradata
• Design and model databases using data mining and segmentation techniques
• Develop and optimize queries and algorithms for high-performance analytics
• Create data visualizations using Python and Tableau to support decision-making
• Conduct unit and system testing; maintain RAID logs for risk and issue tracking
• Apply performance tuning and code optimization to enhance system efficiency
• Leverage domain expertise in Banking and Finance to align solutions with industry standards

Mentor and lead teams; organize training sessions to support skill development
