Position Overview
As a Help Desk Administrator at iQuest Consulting, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional IT support services to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document and track all support requests in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of IT systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials for team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Cert in IT or a related field (or equivalent work/life experience).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
