Position Overview

As a Help Desk Administrator at iQuest Consulting, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional IT support services to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Document and track all support requests in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with senior technical staff to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist in the maintenance and configuration of IT systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials for team members and clients.

Qualifications

  • Cert in IT or a related field (or equivalent work/life experience).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
