Merrylands Rehab Centre is a leading physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic equipped with advanced technology, including Robotic MLS Laser, High Power MIS Laser, Shockwave, and Magnetotherapy. We are seeking a Marketing and Administrative Manager to join our growing team and help drive our clinic's visibility, community engagement, and client service excellence.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that combines digital marketing and clinic administration. You will work directly with the Clinic Director and management team to plan and implement effective marketing strategies that promote our services across various digital platforms, while also assisting with administrative operations within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and website platforms.
  • Create, design, and post engaging social media content including posts, stories, and video reels.
  • Manage advertising campaigns and monitor performance and results.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries, messages, and comments.
  • Update and maintain the clinic website, ensuring consistent branding and SEO optimisation.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing and educational purposes.
  • Assist with front-desk administrative tasks such as managing bookings, client communication, and coordination with the team.
  • Support general marketing projects such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional events.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in digital marketing and social media management (healthcare experience preferred but not essential).
  • Proficiency in content creation, video editing, and use of relevant software/apps (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).
  • Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to teamwork and client interactions.

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
