Marketing Specialist

Australian Prime Meats PTY LTD is a leading supplier of premium beef for local butchers, restaurants, and small-scale processing facilities across NSW. Our beef factory mainly engages in wholesale of fresh beef. Based in Tamworth, we pride ourselves on quality products and reliable service to our valued customers. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth for our fast-paced wholesale business.

As a Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's fresh beef wholesale & distribution services.

2. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients, target markets, and emerging opportunities in the meat supply industry.

3. Planning, coordinating, and managing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.

4. Monitoring and analyzing key marketing performance indicators, such as client acquisition rates, order conversion ratios, and wholesale inquiry trends, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize results.

5. Manage marketing budgets and provide regular performance and financial reports to the Sales Manager, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and aligned with company goals.

6. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

7. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to drive business growth and expansion in the wholesale meat industry.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferable, but not essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing specialist.
- Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in English is required.
