Windsor Smith is an Iconic Australian Footwear Brand that has the Hottest Fashion Footwear available all year round for Men and Women and an exciting opportunity for a Highly Motivated, Hands On Full Time Sales Assistant has become available at our Miranda Shopping Centre Store.

The role requires someone:

  • Can understand all in store retail operations
  • Understand policy & procedures
  • Is Hands on, energetic & vibrant
  • Has prior experience in retail
  • Has the ability to create a positive team environment
  • Has the ability to motivate and influence the team you work with every day
  • Have the ability to achieve and exceed KPI's
  • Has solid experience to drive amazing customer service
  • Demonstrates a "team player" attitude
  • Previous VM experience
