Your Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our vibrant and high-performing team. You'll bring energy, style, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to every customer interaction.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences as a proud Coach brand ambassador.
  • Drive sales and contribute to achieving store targets and KPIs.
  • Build strong customer relationships through confident, engaging communication.
  • Maintain high visual and operational standards in a fast-paced outlet environment.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a positive and inclusive workplace.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous retail experience (luxury or outlet preferred).
  • A passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Availability to work a full-time roster (37.5 hours per week).
