The Opportunity

Altrad is seeking experienced Scaffolders ready to step into a leadership role. With immediate ad-hoc shutdown projects across the Pilbara, this is your chance to take on responsibility as a Scaffold Supervisor and lead high-performing crews on major mining sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily pre-starts and toolbox talks, setting clear expectations for safety and productivity
  • Represent scaffolding in critical path and planning meetings
  • Build strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates to management
  • Manage workforce performance, including conduct, mentoring, and development
  • Enforce Altrad's safety standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks

About You

  • Perth-based and available for FIFO shutdown work
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scaffold Supervisor, ideally in mining, energy, or construction
  • Valid Section 26 High-Risk Work Licence (Scaffolding Supervisor)
  • MSIC card (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
