Join RediMed – Building a Healthier, More Resilient Australia as our next Call Centre Operative based out of our Belmont clinic working within a small team of call centre operatives, but a national customer service team. Before you read on, shortlisted candidates would need to be available for interview on Wednesday 12th November between 4pm-5:30pm at our Belmont location. About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Call Centre Operative to join our dedicated Contact Centre team. This role supports RediMed's clinics nationally, handling inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional service to our clients and patients.

This position is based at our Belmont office, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Flexibility to work on a roster covering hours between 7:30am - 5:30pm is needed.

Duties and responsibilities in this role include:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate bookings for multiple RediMed clinics.
  • Respond to client and patient enquiries regarding services, results, and procedures.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data within our practice management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.
  • Support administrative and reporting functions as required.

About You

We'd love if you had:

  • Experience in a call centre or administrative environment, ideally within healthcare or allied health.
  • Knowledge of pre-employment medicals, health surveillance, or injury management processes.
  • Familiarity with Genie Practice Management Software or similar systems.
