Dryland Cropping Farmhand

Client

Our client is a reputable family-owned farm enterprise with 3,000 acres of prime land about 100km from Clermont. They are looking for an energetic farm hand who is experienced in tractor driving, irrigation and/or dryland farming. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a key role in the businesses with continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on involvement with all farm activities.infrastructure management and maintenance.
• Ensure farm efficiency, productivity & safety across all daily operations.
• Work closely with agronomists, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in row cropping and/or cotton-growing.
• The ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Prior experience operating and maintain agricultural machinery.
• Must be familiar with farm machinery and tractor driving
• A commitment to a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and results.

Location:

Central Queensland, 100km from Clermont.
