Based in on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, our client, with a reputation for quality work, reliability, and responsive service are seeking a driven and experienced Plumbing Manager to join the team.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations of the plumbing division—ensuring efficient job delivery, exceptional client service, and high team performance.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll lead operational excellence, guide a team of field staff, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the plumbing field team to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow planning.
  • Identify tender opportunities and support the preparation of submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor job profitability, labour efficiency, and materials usage.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Support quoting, variations, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team.

About You

  • Proven experience in plumbing operations or project management role.
  • Current QBCC Licence (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercially minded and results-driven.
