THE OPPORTUNITY @ HANKS BAGELRY

We're on the hunt for a store manager to lead our team of dedicated hospitality staff at Hank's Bagelry. We're seeking a hospitality specialist who has a passion for delicious food, great coffee and the industry in general.

Our store is seeking a clever individual to nurture and improve our already successful operations. Our current manager has been promoted

We're looking for someone who has experience as a specialty coffee barista who is capable to rock all aspects of the front of house. If you have business acumen, positive attitude and are seeking a long-term career within the industry, please keep reading.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has previous experience as a store / venue manager or head barista
  • Demonstrates confidence behind the coffee machine
  • Has the ability to garner a collaborative environment with engaged and inspired staff, through happy enjoyable vibes and positive reinforcements.
  • Can handle busy peeks like a duck on water (smooth and collected on the surface but paddling like hell to keep up the pace behind the scenes).
  • Has pride in having a savvy upbeat personality and strong leadership skills that are conducive of a healthy, productive and positive environment.
  • Has strong organisation and communication skills
  • Is personable and open to collaborate with a group of passionate entrepreneurs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
