What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the first point of contact for clients needing IT support via phone, email, and our ticketing system.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Record support requests clearly to help with follow-ups and team collaboration.
  • Learn to escalate more complex problems to our experienced technical teams.
  • Support the rollout of new technologies and help users get started.
  • Share ideas to improve how we support our clients.

  • Friendly and clear communication skills, especially with people who aren't tech-savvy.
