What you'll be doing

As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide high-quality, individualised care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You'll ensure the best health outcomes for patients through safe, compassionate and evidence-based nursing practice.

• Deliver and assist in assessing, planning and evaluating nursing care
• Provide care aligned with ANMAC standards and WSLHD policies
• Communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records to support safe, quality patient care
• Advocate for patients and ensure their needs and rights are respected

Essential Criteria:

• Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
• Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
• An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
