What you'll be doing

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide direct, compassionate care to clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You'll play a key role in supporting mental health recovery, ensuring safe, respectful, and evidence-based care.

• Deliver nursing care aligned with individual mental health care plans
• Monitor and report on client wellbeing and clinical changes
• Support daily living activities and provide emotional reassurance
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards

Essential Requirements:

Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
