**We are looking for an enrolled nurse to assist with the achievements of**:

- Provide nursing care to clients
- Individual case management
- Check medication and undertake medication rounds
- Liaise with residents and their families to provide clients centred care
- Develop, review and complete individual Care Plans
- Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained to meet legislative requirements.

**Criteria**:

- Minimum of 12 months paid experience in community, acute or aged care nursing
- Diploma in Nursing/ Individual Support/ Aged Care or relevant qualification
- Working with Children Check & Police Check
- First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate
- NDIS Workers Clearance Check
- Booster shot is required to work
- Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Availability and flexibility - Weekdays & Weekends
- Excellent communication and proven computer skills
- Demonstrated awareness of disability issues
