Ipswich, Australia QLD Support Group Pty Ltd Full time $64,000 - $80,000 per year

We're seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team, supporting NDIS participants in Ipswich, Redland, and Logan.

Must have experience in managing challenging behaviours to assist our participants to work towards their NDIS goals.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

· Community Access: social activities

· Personal Care: Medication support, other personal care needs, meal preparation etc

· Expected to follow the company policies and procedures and code of conduct.

· Monitoring the well-being of clients reporting and documenting on their progress.

· Attending training as required.

You must have:

· Experience in supporting client with challenging behaviors .

· Current CPR / First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one once commenced

· NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain one

· Current Australian Driver's License

· Reliable, registered vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance

· Smart mobile phone with internet access
