You’ll Thrive Here If:

- You’ve got 1+ year in high behaviours, ASD lvl 2 or 3, or youth/residential care
- You know how to navigate intense situations, trauma, complex behaviours, and psychosocial challenges
- You train your body, grow your mindset, and show up for more than a pay check
- BONUS if you’ve got experience in **Men’s Work, Martial Arts, Military, Security, Sport, or Coaching**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Providing **support** in the community and at home
- Managing behaviours with calm, clear strategies
- **Mentoring participants** and encouraging self-responsibility
- Supporting with personal care (where applicable)
- Working alongside **mental health, trauma, addiction**, and psychosocial diagnoses
- Writing clear, **detailed shift** notes and reports that reflect your impact
- Willing to do non-active sleepovers

Pay: $32.00 - $68.90 per hour
