**About the Role**:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes and communities. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance clients’ independence, dignity, and quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assist clients with mobility, transportation, and accessing the community for appointments, social activities, and recreation.
- Promote clients’ independence and participation in decision-making.
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and report any incidents or changes in clients' needs.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in disability support or a related field (desirable but not essential).
- A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred).

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
