Are you a passionate and skilled chef looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking an experienced and creative chef to join our kitchen and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences.

About the Role:

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence. You'll work alongside a supportive team to create innovative and delicious dishes while managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and customer preferences
  • Ensure food is presented beautifully and consistently
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience
  • Monitor and order inventory, ensuring efficient use of ingredients
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for food and creativity in the kitchen
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • CERT IV equivalent in commercial cookery
