Established in 2011, Merkanooka Haulage is a WA-based family-owned haulage and mining contractor, specialising in bulk haulage, civil works, crusher feed and mine site services. Our founder James remains hands on in our business daily, continuing the family feel and values.

This is an Exciting new Opportunity for a Kalgoorlie based Site Administrator to join the Merkanooka team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide effective & efficient administration support to Site Supervisors

· Update and maintain daily production reports

· Assist with the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel to site

· Enter daily, weekly and monthly HSE data

· Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases

Our package offerings:

  • Permanent full-time opportunity on a long-term project
  • We offer an hourly salary plus superannuation on all 12.5 hours worked
  • 5/2 Roster – Mon to Fri - Day shift work only - 5am - 5.30pm
  • Kalgoorlie Locals - $12K Gross Residential Allowance on Offer
  • Weekly pay
  • Paid annual leave (20 days) & sick pay (10 days)

To be considered for this role, successful applicants will possess the following:

  • 2+ years prior experience in a similar site-based Administrative role

  • Enjoy working in a team environment where you bring your professionalism and your positive attitude to our crew

  • Confident communication and ability to effectively liaise with other employees, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors

  • Australian working rights
  • Current and valid Manual Australian Drivers License
  • National Police Check or ability to obtain one
