Our National Support Centre, based in the heart of Adelaide's CBD, plays a central role in the onboarding of new Franchise Partners, support of our existing network, and the ongoing development of strong client relationships.
We are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and are looking for a dedicated, capable, and professional Franchise Administration Assistant to join our Support Centre team. This role is key to ensuring our Franchise Partners receive the operational support they need to thrive.

The Role
As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will provide high-level executive and personal support to ensure the CEO can focus on leading the business and driving growth. This role requires discretion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You will be trusted to handle sensitive information, manage schedules, streamline workflows, and ensure both professional and personal commitments are managed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage and prioritise the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO (emails, calls, documentation).
Assist with presentation preparation, reports, and research tasks.
Business Support
Liaise with franchise partners, staff, suppliers, and clients where needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and event logistics.
- Support the CEO with project administration and tracking deadlines.
- Assist with social media and content coordination in partnership with the marketing team.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A firecracker who has the ability to put their head down and organise a busy calendar of tasks.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
- Able to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information.
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with Google Workspace, project management tools).
- Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Positive, approachable, and aligned with The Local Guys' values of long-term thinking, professionalism, and growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred but not necessity.
- Experience working with senior executives or business owners preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong phone manner
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
