An exciting opportunity exists for a Personal Assistant in Adelaide, SA 5000.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the CEO with standard tasks, including organizing meetings, managing schedules, and coordinating communication with clients
  • Travelling for trips between Adelaide (Head Office), Melbourne
  • Assisting in preparations for events across multiple venues (around 15–20 venues weekly)
  • Maintaining a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensuring adherence to professional business etiquette and dress code

Requirements

  • Drivers license
  • Excellent English and grammar skills
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, Gmail, and general email communication
  • Formal business attire required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Event Management experience is nice to have, but not essential
