About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will provide comprehensive executive support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations at the highest level. The position requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and functions.

Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Provide proactive administrative support to enhance executive productivity.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

3–5 years' experience as a PA/EA or similar supporting senior leaders.

Strong organisation, multitasking, and time management skills.

Tech savvy – Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AI tools.

Confident managing LinkedIn/X profiles and professional brand.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and initiative.
