We're a growing short-term rental management business based in Fremantle, managing a collection of distinctive and high-performing holiday homes. Our focus is on delivering top-tier guest experiences while achieving excellent results for our property owners. We're a small, dedicated team that values reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

The Role

We're seeking a hands-on, organised, and proactive Property Assistant to help keep our properties in perfect condition for guests. This part-time role (3 days per week – plus 1 weekend per month) is ideal for someone local who enjoys a mix of administrative work, on-site visits, and guest interaction. You'll work closely with our Property Manager and support daily operations to ensure every property is guest-ready and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and organise linen and laundry bags.
  • Conduct property checks to maintain presentation standards.
  • Communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle small maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, minor repairs).
  • Replenish stock and supplies across properties.
  • Be available on a rotating roster for occasional after-hours guest or property needs.
  • Assist cleaners when required — making beds, light tidying, or quick touch-ups.
About You
  • Highly organised, dependable, and proactive.
  • Hands-on and willing to step in where needed.
  • Great communicator with a helpful, can-do approach.
  • Own reliable car and valid driver's licence.
  • Experience in Airbnb hosting, property management, or hospitality is an advantage — but not essential.
