What you will bring to the team
  • Possession of a degree in Commerce or Law.
  • 5 years working at a senior level providing advice relating to the management of procurement functions and contract administration.
  • Minimum 3 years' team management experience.
  • Experience working with and knowledge of Local Government Act and relevant legislation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and relationship building skills including community engagement.
  • High level strategic thinking, analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
  • High level written communication skills with the ability to prepare complex and technical documents.
  • High level ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and strict confidentiality.
  • Strong capacity to manage and prioritise work responsibilities to achieve target outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively to build professional relationships and cooperate with a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
