Location: Picton East, WA

Australind Water Boring and Civil is seeking a reliable and motivated Yardperson / Offsider to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can operate independently, and is interested in supporting drilling and civil operations.

What You'll Do
  • Assist drillers with day-to-day tasks and site setup
  • Carry out yard duties including loading/unloading equipment and general maintenance
  • Safely operate vehicles, tools, and machinery as required
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
  • Work autonomously while supporting the broader team as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Current driver's licence (essential)
  • Forklift ticket (desirable)
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work independently
  • Physically fit and able to handle outdoor, hands-on work
  • Safety-focused and reliable with a good work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business
