Our clerks keep the engine room of chambers running — coordinating briefs, managing schedules, and ensuring everything behind the scenes operates seamlessly.

About the Role

We're on the hunt for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Office Assistant to join our fast-paced team. You'll be the friendly face of the office, supporting the clerks and barristers with reception, administration, and mailroom duties. It's a hands-on role — perfect for someone who loves staying busy and wants to learn how a professional legal office works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist barristers, solicitors and clients
  • Answer and direct calls and messages
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and legal documents
  • General office and Admin tasks

About You

You're energetic, organised, and eager to learn. You take initiative, work well in a team, and don't shy away from getting things done. No experience is necessary — we'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your attitude and work ethic.
