The Role

With the ongoing expansion of our business, Spectra is seeking expressions of interest for Supervisors experienced in well workover, drilling and/or coil tubing operational services. We seek candidates who have demonstrated safe leadership, a strong work ethic and a positive mental attitude.

Interest is strongly encouraged from individuals who have relevant field supervisory experience within the oil and gas industry. Demonstrated experience in either well workover, drilling and/or coil tubing operations will be viewed favourably.

This position will be a hands-on, field based, role and includes both remote field work and occasional yard/workshop work based on a two-weeks on, two-weeks off roster cycle out of Toowoomba, Qld.

The successful candidates will have:

· A proactive and positive attitude towards safe work procedures

· High level experience in the oil and gas industry in well servicing, drilling and/or coil tubing

· Manual drivers licence

· HR or higher truck licence (desirable)

· Forklift licence (desirable)
