We're searching for a creative and confident Content Creator to join the team at Ray White Frankston. If you're passionate about video, photography, and social media – and love helping people feel confident on camera – this could be your dream job.

What you'll be doing:

  • Capturing and editing video and photo content for property listings, agent profiles, local business spotlights, and team events
  • Posting engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Linkedin
  • Collaborating with our dynamic sales and property management teams to generate fresh, creative ideas
  • Supporting branding and marketing initiatives across digital platforms
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with ad hoc tasks

What we're looking for:

  • A tertiary qualification in video production, photography or similar
  • Experience with cameras and confident working on shoots independently
  • A natural ability to help others feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and what performs well
  • Experience using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, etc.) and CapCut
  • A warm, engaging personality with a can-do attitude and eye for detail
  • Must have own car, travelling to properties and events is required for the role
  • Please include a link to a portfolio of work, - ie, website, Instagram, Behance or Canva
  • Graphic design skills are a bonus – but not essential
