Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC, for a Content Creator & Diamond Sales Consultant. The role involves creating compelling content for marketing purposes, developing content strategies, and engaging in digital marketing initiatives. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for diamond sales, providing expert advice to customers, conducting market research, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires collaboration with the design and production teams to reflect the Thomas brand's high standards in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Content Creation, Writing, and Creative Writing skills
  • Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Market Research experience
  • Sales experience, particularly in luxury goods or jewellery
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with design and production teams
  • Knowledge of the jewellery industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
