Job description

We are seeking a creative 
Content Creator / Graphic Designer
 to help share our journey. You will work with the founders and buyer agents to capture behind the scenes moments of building a tech start-up, from product work and market insights to stories about the people driving it. Your focus will be producing on-brand designs and social first content across multiple platforms. This is a full time position for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, values culture and teamwork, and is ready to grow with a venture backed company.

What you will do

  • Create engaging social content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Design on brand graphics, carousels, ads and presentation assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Plan and manage a content calendar with consistent weekly output
  • Develop clear and creative visual stories that educate and inspire
  • Capture simple photo or video content on location when needed and coordinate with external editors or videographers
  • Coordinate shoots, campaigns and newsletters, including schedules, bookings, run sheets and smooth execution

What you will bring

  • Proven experience as a content creator or graphic designer
  • Strong design skills in Adobe Creative Suite, plus experience with Canva or similar tools
  • Understanding of social media trends, content formats and audience engagement
  • Problem solving mindset, adaptable in fast changing situations
  • Flexible approach, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
