We are seeking a skilled content creator to join our team. The content creator will be responsible for managing a range of social media campaigns and liaising with our clients. They will work closely with the executive team to develop advertising strategies and complete administrative tasks and will leverage their strong photography and videography skills to generate content that reflects our clients' needs. They will maintain their knowledge by analysing key audiences on a per-platform basis and must have a strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.

·Managing, maintaining and monitoring social media accounts across MORUS Management's current client base and forthcoming projects;

·Planning and creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms;

·Developing concepts for social media content to generate traffic, engagement, and improve client outcomes;

·Monitoring social and traditional media channels and platforms for industry and market trends;

·Creating and managing advertising campaigns for social media channels;

·Tracking, analysing and generating paid marketing campaign reports;

·Researching and maintaining understanding of key audiences across a range of platforms and curating content specific to each platform to optimise campaign performance;

·Providing photography services to support advertising material;

·Working closely with MORUS Management's Directors on general marketing and administrative tasks;

·Providing style notes and assisting in coordinating MORUS Management's clients' product photography and videography assisted by professional photographers including onsite styling; and

·Such other duties as reasonably required from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of MORUS Management.

In order to apply for this role, you must have, at minimum, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Applicants that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

·Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field;

·At least two years of experience in a similar role;

·Minimum two years of experience of managing multiple business social media accounts;

·Minimum one year of experience in franchise management and support;

·Excellent communication, problem solving and rapport-building skills;

·Sound knowledge of advertising and marketing principles;

·Strong knowledge of UI and UX design principles;

·Strong knowledge of programming languages common to web design including HTML, CSS, Python, Java and Git;

·Strong digital design skills, including the adobe suite, InDesign and AutoCAD;

·Strong video editing skills, including in Final Cut Pro and iMovie;

·Sound knowledge of a range of markets, including hospitality and retail in the Melbourne area;

·Strong SEO skills with common SEO platforms including Google Analytics, Shopify, and HootSuite; and

·Strong photography and videography skills.
